Returns & Refunds

At Rainbow Pickle Co., we’re a small independent shop and do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, and quality products every time.

Because of the nature of our products and operation, all sales are considered final. We do not accept general returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is a significant issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.

When reaching out, please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos if applicable

Approved resolutions may include:

  • replacement items
  • store credit
  • partial or full refunds

Rainbow Pickle Co. reserves the right to deny refund requests involving misuse, abuse, fraudulent claims, or circumstances outside of our control.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of some products, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.
